Complete Form 2 (Request for Access to Record) and send it to the Information Officer. A request fee may apply as prescribed. We will respond within 30 days.

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of PAIA, including protection of third-party personal information and commercial information.

This manual is available on this website and at our offices, and a copy has been lodged with the Information Regulator as required.
