Seller agreement

Additional terms for anyone who opens a store.

Opening a store

One store per person. A new store is accepted and open as soon as it is created, but buyers can only pay it once its payout account is set up with TradeSafe, and it is only listed once it has a published product. MAIZU may suspend a store at any time if it breaks these rules.

You choose how TradeSafe pays you: straight away, weekly or monthly into your bank, or into your TradeSafe wallet to withdraw when you want. TradeSafe's payout and withdrawal fees are deducted from what it pays you. Money in your wallet is held by TradeSafe, not MAIZU.

Listings

Describe items honestly, including condition, and keep stock counts accurate. New products start as drafts until you publish them.

Fulfilment

Confirm, prepare and dispatch paid orders promptly and add accurate tracking information. Marking an order delivered is your statement, not the buyer's confirmation.

Getting paid

Shops: TradeSafe pays you when the buyer confirms receipt. Kitchens: TradeSafe pays you as soon as the buyer pays. Either way, less the 10% commission on product value and TradeSafe's processing fee. Delivery fees are passed to you in full.

Kitchens must refund, in full, any order that does not arrive or is not what was ordered, when MAIZU asks. A kitchen that does not may be suspended.

Staying on platform

Asking buyers to pay you directly, or sharing phone numbers, emails or payment links in the order room, is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
