MAIZU Send rules
MAIZU Send lets you book a MAIZU rider to take something from one address to another in an area where MAIZU riders work. These rules are part of the MAIZU Terms & Conditions.
1. Paying
You see the price before you book, and pay up front through TradeSafe. The payment is held until the item is delivered. If it can't be delivered, you are refunded in full.
Share the 4-digit code on your order with the receiver. The rider marks the errand delivered only with that code. If you don't confirm or report a problem within 24 hours of delivery, it counts as delivered.
2. What you may send
Up to 5 kg and a shoebox in size for any rider, or up to 15 kg for a motorbike or car rider, worth no more than R2,000. Errands are not insured.
Not allowed: cash; alcohol, tobacco or prescription medicine; weapons, ammunition, fireworks, gas, fuel or anything flammable; drugs or anything illegal; animals; and food that isn't closed and sealed, or anything leaking. Everything the Prohibited items policy lists is also not allowed.
Pack it so it can't open or leak. A rider may refuse anything that looks unsafe, unsealed or not allowed; if they do, you are refunded.
3. Problems
If it doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged or opened, report it on your order before the 24 hours run out. The payment stays held while MAIZU looks into it, and you are refunded the fee if the rider was at fault.
